RMS - Records Management System
The IMPACT ® RMS is an extremely powerful database and processing tool to enable officers and clerical personnel to prepare, save and search all various types of information important to a law enforcement agency. Whether it is booking information, case data, tickets, traffic accidents, incidents, personnel scheduling, gun permits, histories on people, vehicles, property or locations, IMPACT provides tools to process this data, print the reports and performed investigations.

NCIC Interface facilitates instant access to local, state and national crime information databases at selected workstations on the network and in every AMO attached vehicle or mobile computer.
Live Scan
This interface incorporates the ability to utilize third-party digital fingerprinting and mug shot photo systems as part of the booking process.
Photo Technologies - Mug Shots, Crime Scene, Property, Evidence
PISTOL - Photo Imaging Software Technology On Line allows departments to capture and print remarkably clear digital images of defendants, suspects, victims, property, accident, and crime scenes.
Pin Mapping
IMPACT has multiple mapping/GIS products depending upon the actual needs of the client.
Alarm Billing
This optional module is design for those agencies required to process fees when responding to false alarm or alarms that have malfunctioned of mistakenly tripped by the homeowner or local business.
