Plate/Tag Checks: With IMPACT: MVC it is now possible to initiate a Plate Check from NCIC without the driver taking their eye off the wheel. Responses, including warning flags, are read back to the driver via our Text-to-Speech ability.
Dispatch Response: IMPACT: MVC also permits the drivers to update their dispatch status with voice rather than keying in updates via a keyboard or via touch screen selections.
